Rocket Recap: Progress Report – 7/29/2022

Happy Friday ROCKET CREW! This week the team has been focused on cracking away at the new contract as well as potential collaborations for growing the Rocket Genesis ecosystem! 

Let’s review some of the key highlights from this past week:

• Contract Updates – With the future in mind, the team is reverse engineering the contract to determine what aspects can be improved upon & replaced. When creating multiple facets, there must be organizational management to maintain fluidity, which has been the focus this week.

• Game Development – The tasks for the week included optimizing loading screens, inventory  management, animation functionalities and transferring the characters from their static mesh to their skeletal mesh components to be implemented into blueprints.  

• NFT Progress – The rendering and minting decisions have been finalized. We are moving forward to the next steps to prepare for the release of our NFTs! 

• Platform Updates – Focus has been on production of features on the back end. The front end development phase has begun. Stay Tuned!
